JouView is a live trading journal that runs inside TradingView (web or Windows Desktop). You get a journal panel on the chart, with custom columns, colors, nested groups, formulas, stats, shapes, snapshots, and Excel export.

No. JouView doesn't place or manage orders. It journals and analyzes the trades that you take while you use TradingView.

Yes. You can use JouView as a paper trading environment on TradingView. Open trades as they go live (for example from a Long/Short drawing), monitor live P&L, and track them in the journal. You don't need to connect a broker.

No. You can add and edit trades in the journal yourself, including paper-style live simulation without calculating every fill by hand. If you already trade through TradingView, JouView works with any broker that you can use there. Those fills can sync into the same journal.

Yes. Use custom columns for setups or tags, then use stats and formulas to compare results across them. That helps you separate real edge from hindsight bias. See use cases and the Features page.

A TradingView account. For desktop: TradingView Desktop already installed on Windows, then the JouView launcher. For web: Chrome (extension from the Chrome Web Store).

Usually a few minutes. Create an account, install JouView, open a TradingView chart, and start journaling from the panel. You can also ask your AI on For your AI to personalize columns around your strategy or import an existing journal.

Yes. Open For your AI, sign in, create a token, and point your favorite AI at that page (or give it /api/journal/openapi.json). The AI can reshape columns and settings, analyse trades, add or update rows, and transfer an existing journal into JouView.

Yes. Add yes/no columns for rules that you care about (for example Planned trade, Retest done, Liquidity grabbed). Then add a short formula that scores how many you followed.

New Google signups start on Trader for 30 days. When the trial ends and you don't have a subscription, the account continues on Starter (free live journaling). Subscribe anytime from Pricing or Account.

Sign in to Account and open the Stripe billing portal. You can update the payment method, switch plans, or cancel. Access continues through the current billing period.

Yes. Card details are handled by Stripe Checkout. JouView never stores your full card number.

Journal data is stored per user. We don't sell your trades. Use a unique JouView account (Google sign-in).
